Fantastic location but that's why we booked here. Upon arrival we were checked in and given room 103. Room was large and clean, the shower was hot and also clean. Unfortunately the radiator wasn't working so we reported it to reception and a fella came down to have a look. He felt the radiator for a few mins turning knobs etc but all yo no avail, he then bought us an electric heater to help warm the room. Next day we were moved to another room that was warm and also very clean. Staff were helpful and once we were warm the hotel was very good for the money. The dest staff are very nice and helpful.

the hotel was really nice and accommodating as we added a extra person late in to the booking. hotel was fine and what we needed. quite basic but very clean and we got new towels every day. front of house staff were friendly. free tea and coffee from machine was nice touch in the morning. i would recommend, however to note this is not in central Amsterdam and a good 25 min walk to central bit, so pack walking shoes :)

Our 3rd time here, was Lovely and clean, everything we needed for our stay, we had clean sheets and towels every day, we was on the second floor. Only 25 minute walk from the train station or very quick ride on the tram, easy to find, in a great area of Amsterdam, all the canals are beautiful, perfect coffeeshop next door and lots of food places around. Will definitely be back again.

Grate room cleaning service fresh towls every day and toiletries,Grate location, coffee shops on your door step and plenty more just mins away,plenty of food and restaurants to pick from just second away short walk from big shops,and dart just a min away that take you to where ever you may want a go , 2 stops from central station.
